Elliott joined us for a global webinar for all colleagues on ‘What it means to be a man: masculinity, equality and allyship’ to mark International Men’s Day. Elliott’s ability to broach these important topics in a genuine and accessible way had a real and meaningful impact. Elliott’s session helped us to open up conversations around deeply rooted cultural and societal gender roles and expectations that impact men’s lived experiences, both professionally and personally, and demonstrate the benefits of gender equality for everyone.
