We were really pleased to partner with Elliott to support our launch of enhanced parental policies. Elliott gave an excellent keynote to our leaders discussing his experience on becoming a father and his return to the workplace. Elliott also gave perspectives into a panel discussion on the role of leaders and workplaces in supporting forward thinking policies and driving cultural change where we can ‘parent out loud’.
